Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.

We take a lot of care in ensuring that the product is packed properly and sent to you. Incase of damage, please inform us along with photographs of the product and package within 24hrs of receipt.

In case of a return,

Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
We will issue a refund (including shipping charges) to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
