Returns & Exchange

Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.

Please check all information on the product mentioned in the website before placing your order. For additional information please feel free to mail us.

We take a lot of care in ensuring that the product is packed properly and sent to you. Incase of damage, please inform us along with unboxing video of the package and photographs of the product within 24hrs of receipt. If you see the package is damaged, pls return the package as it is please don’t accept it, we won’t be accepting returns in this case.

In case of a return,
Please inform us within 24hrs of receipt of order. Please email us at info.niyathi@gmail.com with a photograph of the product and the package.
Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
We will issue a refund (including shipping charges) to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
